Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Duties:
- Create and manage caregiver schedules using company systems
- Respond to schedule changes due to client requests, illness, vacations, or leaves of absence
- Coordinate alternate coverage to ensure uninterrupted care
- Support caregivers and office staff in delivering high-quality services
- Ensure services align with client care plans and company standards
- Conduct in-home visits, including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
- Assist with reportable event management and compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Travel throughout the service area as needed (approximately 30%)
- Perform additional duties that support branch success
Position Requirements & Competencies:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year office experience
- 1 year of supervisor and scheduling experience required.
- Caregiving or personal care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
