• Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice: outpatient
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 5:00
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 60 days
• General Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC in Hematology & Oncology
• License Required: KY
• Support Staff: one APP on-site daily. Dedicated oncology-trained RNs support infusion services during clinic hours.
• Patients per day: 15/day, low volume, solo provider
