Pay: $20.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Training Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Process member enrollments, eligibility verifications, and member updates
- Perform case processing and back-office healthcare operations tasks
- Review and maintain accurate member information
- Complete high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track work
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines
- Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or health insurance operations
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Member enrollment
- Eligibility verification
- Member maintenance and updates
- Case processing
- Back-office healthcare operations
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting
