What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally, you have 2+ years in carpentry. Basic framing knowledge is required; exposed post and beam experience is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: We pride ourselves on quality. Your precision and commitment to excellence will be key.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Team Player: Good people skills are essential as our crews often work closely together on the road.
- Self-Motivated: We need individuals who can take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Willingness to Travel: Be ready for 2-3 week travel periods. Reliable transportation is needed, but you won't be driving cross-country-we've got your flights and lodging covered.
