As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial ERRCS, DAS, BDA Foreman & Technicians to join our team and to lead and inspire our installation crews on commercial and residential projects. Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERRCS, DAS, BDA Foreman / Technicians to oversee the turnkey installation of fire alarm systems on-site. You'll lead a team to ensure compliance with codes and standards, and be a key player in ensuring projects are completed on time and to standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of ERRCS DAS, BDA installations
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, local codes, and AHJ requirements
- Oversee on-site safety and enforce company policies
- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and customers
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and final inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation for each project
- Train and mentor juniors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in installation of systems
- Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
Familiarity with protocols and code requirements
Ability to successfully install systems from start to comissioning.
Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation, scheduling inspections, and coordinating materials
Experience with project tracking software or digital job management tools
- NICET Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong understanding of NFPA and local applicable codes
- Experience with systems from manufacturers like Honeywell.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and organizational skills
