Overview
The Clinical Liaison plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible care. The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for promoting services, conducting community outreach, and managing accounts while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to promote services and ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Conduct community outreach to educate medical staff about services offered.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze patient needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership in outreach efforts, representing the organization at community events and health fairs.
- Communicate regularly with healthcare professionals to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in sales, particularly outside sales, is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that effectively showcase services.
