If you are at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or its equivalent and are looking to start a career, then we want to talk to you! No experience required! All training will be provided by the facility.
- Starting salary with no experience: $27.02 per hour.
- Annual longevity increases
- Additional salary increases:
- $.25 per hour for an Associate's Degree
- $.50 per hour for a Bachelor's Degree
- $.25 per hour SRT member incentive

- If you are required to work a holiday you will receive one and a half times your hourly rate for each hour worked in addition to eight hours of holiday pay at your regular hourly rate.
- Earned leave time that accrues from the date of hire with the following increases:
- Up to 5 years of continuous service: 160 hours per year
- After 5 years of continuous service: 200 hours per year
- After 10 years of continuous service: 240 hours per year
- After 15 years of continuous service: 280 hours per year

- Pass an onsite oral board interview
