What you'll be doing:
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues for users quickly and efficiently
Managing service tickets from start to finish
Monitoring and maintaining client backups
Delivering remote and on-site support, with access to a company vehicle
Working closely with teammates to solve problems and share solutions
Keeping documentation up-to-date as client networks evolve
Staying in regular contact with your team about job status, location, and client needs
Participating in after-hours on-call rotations (every 5 weeks) and supporting project work
Technical Experience We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Windows PC operating systems
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Windows Server Management
Microsoft 365 Administration
Firewall and Security Solutions
Windows Remote Desktop Services
Email filtering solutions
Security Solutions
Active Directory and change management
Basic VOIP concepts
Tools/Technology Used:
Tool Stack - Connectwise Manage and RMM, Auvik, IT Glue, Scalepad, Connectsecure
Tech Stack - Sophos, KnowBe4, Ubiquiti, Jamf, Duo, Printix, HPE Aruba, HPE Servers, VMWare, HyperV, HP & Lenovo PSG

At least 5 years' experience in IT service roles
