Mosaic Montessori is excited to announce that we are growing! We are on the lookout for compassionate substitute teachers for the school years. We offer a nurturing half-day preschool, along with a full-day kindergarten and elementary program, catering to children ages 2.5 years through 3rd grade, all within our Montessori/RIE philosophy. With small class sizes-typically a 1:7 ratio-we ensure that every child feels valued and receives personalized attention.
Your Role:
- Create a warm, engaging atmosphere where children feel safe and respected.
- Help maintain a tidy and organized classroom that promotes learning.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Early childhood education: 3 years (Required)
- Teaching: 3 years (Required)
- Special education: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Required)
- First Aid Certification (Required)
- Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Carnation, WA 98014 (Required)
