Join Our Growing HVAC Installation Team!
Chadds Ford Climate Control is seeking dependable, motivated HVAC Installers to join our growing installation department.
We are an established HVAC and plumbing company serving Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware, specializing in residential and light commercial HVAC installations, equipment replacements, and new construction projects.
We are looking for skilled individuals who take pride in their workmanship, work well with others, and want a long-term career with an established local company.
Job Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
- Perform complete HVAC system replacements and new construction installations.
- Install and modify ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate drains, venting, and related components.
- Follow manufacturer specifications, company installation standards, and applicable mechanical codes.
- Perform equipment startups, testing, and quality-control checks.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
- Work efficiently with installation crews and management.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Lead installers will be responsible for directing installation crews, coordinating materials, and ensuring jobs are completed correctly and efficiently.
Lead HVAC Installer
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience required.
- Ability to independently complete residential HVAC system replacements.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and applicable codes.
- Ability to supervise and direct installation helpers.
- Experience with equipment startups, troubleshooting, and system testing.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- EPA 608 certification preferred.
HVAC Apprentice / Installation Helper
- Experience requirements: To Be Determined (TBD).
- Willingness to learn HVAC installation practices.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
