Cabinet Maker

Join a small production team manufacturing residential cabinetry from raw materials. The Cabinet Maker will take individual ownership of projects while working with apprentice support, using table saws and panel saws to produce precise, high-quality cabinet parts and assemblies that meet finish standards and customer-specific specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for residential cabinetry production.
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Cut cabinet components using table saws and panel saws.
• Assemble cabinets and install edge banding.
• Install cabinet hardware and prepare components for finishing.
• Sand cabinet parts and assemblies for finish preparation.
• Inspect finished parts and assemblies for dimensional precision, finish quality, and customer-specific specifications.
• Work independently on assigned projects while supporting and collaborating with apprentices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of cabinet-making experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating woodworking machinery.
• Blueprint-reading skills.
• Precision measurement skills.
• Cabinet hardware installation experience.
• Knowledge of material selection.
• Strong attention to detail.
