Pay: $160/day + $20 gas/day = $180/day
$40,000 - 50,000/year
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foundation Crew Member to join our team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have experience in foundation or construction - residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. ("in the elements")
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of foundation issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement effective repair solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools required for foundation repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in foundation repair or a related field.
- Experience with polyurethane injection/install helpful, but not required - willingness to train/learn
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- NO DUI, Felonies, or domestic abuse record
