Seeking to hire, seasoned Pool Technicians:
-Pool Repair Technician that feels confident and comfortable with the install, service, and repair of Commercial pool and spa equipment.
-Pool Maintenance Technician who is familiar with commercial and residential equipment systems, and who knows how to properly test water chemistry without using "Test Strips"
Repair Tech Responsibilities:
- Each Service is completed with the utilization of SKIMMER APP which company uses as a method of accountability and liability coverage for our company and our employees.
- Assess pool/spa equipment and provide office with the necessary information to create an accurate service estimate
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacement.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Occasionally, digging may be required to properly complete a repair or new install.
- Wearing a weight belt and working under water for brief increments of time may be required.
- Maintain a safe and tidy workspace at all times and leave jobsite clean.
- Adhere to Health Department standards and County Codes at all times.
Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
- Each Service is completed with the utilization of SKIMMER APP which company uses as a method of accountability and liability coverage for our company and our employees.
- Each Pool Maintenance Visit includes the following: Testing water and adjusting chemicals, vacuuming the pool, skimming debris from top of the water, emptying skimmer/pump baskets, cleaning filters, cleaning tile line and maintaining the pool equipment.
- Assess pool/spa equipment and provide office and customer with alert if an issue is identified.
- Brush pool walls as needed but at least 1 time per month.
- Perform algae treatments when needed.
- Change filter and seal when needed.
- Maintain a safe and tidy workspace at all times and leave jobsite clean.
- Adhere to Health Department standards and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Repair Technician - We require 1 year of previous experience performing Pool Repairs.
- Maintenance Technician - We require 1 year of previous experience performing weekly Pool Maintenance.
- Familiarity with Hayward, Pentair, and Jandy equipment is preferred.
- Ability to handle a demanding physical workload.
- Pool Technicians must be willing and able to safely lift 100lbs+, heavy lifting is occasionally required.
- Please let Management know if you have any experience replacing pool tile or performing small renovation jobs.
Requirements:
- Must always wear company T-shirt with solid-colored shorts, no print, acceptable colors: Brown, Black, Gray, or Khaki.
- Must always present a groomed professional appearance and always speak to customers with patience and respect.
- Background Check Required - Persons with a criminal record of violence or theft, will NOT be hired.
- Driving Record Check Required - Must have clean driving record - No Traffic Tickets in the last 3 years, No Car Accidents in the last 5 years, No DUI's in the last 10 years.
