What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
- Recommend products and services that best fit each customer's needs.
- Prepare accurate estimates and professionally present solutions.
- Build trust with customers while delivering an outstanding service experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Represent Century Garage Door Service with professionalism and integrity on every service call.
What We're Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Sales experience preferred, with the ability to confidently educate customers and recommend the right products and services
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to build trust and create a positive customer experience
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to maximize earnings
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Garage door experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, automotive repair, appliance repair, or other mechanical trades. If you're mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
