Job Description
Lead start-up, restart, and troubleshooting efforts across injection molding operations
Develop and execute robot programming to optimize production efficiency
Manage process parameters and maintain detailed process documentation
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to production team members
Key Requirements
Experience with scientific molding (RJG), injection molding or equivalent certification
Strong background in injection molding process technology
Proven leadership capability with a desire to grow into management responsibilities
