Hardwood Flooring Technician and help homeowners transform and care for their floors. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in quality work. Experience with hardwood floor installation or refinishing is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. What you'll do
- Install, repair, sand, stain, and refinish hardwood floors
- Prepare work areas and protect customers' homes
- Operate sanders, edgers, buffers, and other flooring equipment
- Measure and assess floors, materials, and job requirements
- Apply stains, sealers, and finishes with care and consistency
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Follow project timelines and company quality standards
