What You'll Do
- Install manual and motorized blinds, shades, shutters, exterior shading, and drapery systems
- Program, test, and troubleshoot motorized shading systems (Mecho, Hunter-Douglas, Lutron, Somfy)
- Review project drawings, pull/stage materials, and perform accurate field measurements
- Collaborate professionally with general contractors on commercial sites and residential clients
- Manage project workflows and documentation using our digital platforms, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and a well-maintained company vehicle
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years installing window coverings, or strong finish carpentry / related trade background (we are happy to train skilled tradespeople on our specific systems)
- Technical Skills: Ability to read work orders, elevations, and shop drawings; measure accurately to 1/8"; and anchor securely into drywall, wood, concrete, and steel
- Preferences: Motorized shade experience and manufacturer certifications (Mecho, Hunter-Douglas, Lutron, Somfy) are a strong plus
- Requirements: Comfortable working from ladders and lifts (aerial lift certification available); valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to lift 75 lbs; and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
