Blue Swan Service is hiring a Plumber - Sales, Service & Installer with a strong emphasis on installation work. If you take pride in doing clean, professional installs (and can confidently explain options to homeowners), you'll fit right in.
What you'll do (primary focus: installs)
You'll be responsible for high-quality residential installs including:
- Whole-home repipes
- Sewer line installs/replacements
- Water heater installs (tank and/or tankless)
- Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
- Water treatment systems (softeners/filtration/conditioning)
- Jobsite setup and protection (drop cloths, cleanliness, respect for the home)
- Clear communication with customers: scope, options, timelines, and expectations
- Photo documentation and clean close-out of each job
What we're looking for
- Proven ability to run installs with minimal supervision, especially repipes and sewer work
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and pride in craftsmanship
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions (no "pressure sales" - just clear options and honest recommendations)
- Professional appearance and respectful customer service
Must-haves (customize as needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/carry typical plumbing equipment/materials
- Ability to work in attics/crawlspaces and outdoor conditions (Vegas heat included)
- Background check / drug screen / clean driving record
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with water treatment/RO brands and installs
- Confident with permits/inspection readiness and clean code-compliant work
- Leadership potential (ability to mentor helpers as we grow)
