Position Title: Integration Technician
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly
Location: Aurora, IN (travel required for this role)
Compensation: $25-33/hr. (commensurate with experience) +potential for bonus earnings

Position Summary:
Koma Precision's Systems Integration Division is seeking an Integration Technician to build and assist in the design of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assemblies for CNC machinery. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and partners, the technician assesses requirements, helps develop the concept for each integrated system, and supports its implementation from build through installation. The ideal candidate can listen to and clearly convey customer requirements both internally and externally and thrives in a hands-on environment.
This position is based out of our Aurora, Indiana office, which includes office space, a technician work area, and a shop with CNC machines, offering the opportunity to build and integrate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems for CNC machinery sourced from around the world. Travel is required when setting up new systems - typically 3-4 days per week, with most weekends at home. Travel is primarily, though not exclusively, within North America, so candidates must have or be able to obtain a valid passport and relevant visas. Any time not spent in the field will be spent at the Aurora, Indiana office.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong electrical or fluid power background (required)
PLC background (preferred)
Ability to read part diagrams and schematics (required)
Experience with CNC machines (desirable)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, a solid work ethic, sound problem-solving ability, and the capacity to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidates with less experience who possess the right attitude and a proven work ethic may also be considered
