Garage Door Service & Sales Technician
Bay Area, CA Full-Time In-Person
We are hiring a motivated, customer-focused Garage Door Service & Sales Technician to join our growing team in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot garage door issues.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and approved service work.
- Provide quotes and recommend repair or upgrade options.
- Communicate with homeowners and close approved sales.
- Maintain accurate job records and follow safety standards.
- Travel throughout the Bay Area to customer appointments.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, recommending solutions, and closing sales.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to perform physical fieldwork, including lifting and working with tools and ladders.
Prior experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, appliance repair, or a related service industry is preferred.
Schedule: Full-time, in-person position with availability within a Sunday-Friday operating schedule.
Training on company procedures, sales processes, and field systems will be provided.
