Dryer Vent Technician

We are looking for an aggressive and diligent employee that is willing to go the extra mile to help build one of the best premier home services company in the treasure valley, we are looking for someone that is not afraid to get their hands dirty or do extra work required to get the job done and help drive business. We are a respected company. A big plus if you are very familiar with some light construction and drywall work.

About you:

• You need to have a reliable vehicle (preferable a small to medium size pickup) we pay mileage
• You must be authorized to work in the US
• Have a valid Drivers License
• Be able to use a ladder
• You need to be able to work in crawl spaces
• You must be able to life a maximum of 75 LBS, hauling machines and ladders.
• You must be able and willing to clean up after your days work , leaving the customer home just as you found it.
• At times you will be asked to hang door hangers and put out yard signs to generate more business.
• If you bring in additional business we look at the scope of the business and the possibility of year-end bonuses
• You will be on probation for the first 90 days
• your pay is direct deposited in to your bank every other Friday
• if at the end of a year's employment we look at the possibility of a bonuses the dollar amount will depend on reliability, work ethic, and customer reviews
• If you are a team player and really want to work and scale the business, you will become part of the team with possible benefits
• We are looking for someone who is willing to work long term
• Willing to work by themselves after training
• Because our business is seasonal, we will rely on you to help fill in the gaps to generate income.
• We are looking for someone who is not afraid to express their ideas to help grow the business.

So, what else are we looking for, we have a second company and w need them to be able to do the following things in addition to the above mentioned items.

• Be able to do drywall repair
• Blow in and batt insulation work
• Gutter Cleaning (we have the machine) and Small Pain Jobs
• Window Cleaning (we have the machines)
• Drywall finishing and painting
• Comfortable again on a Ladder inside the home as well as outside working on various surfaces.
