About the Role: Donna & Lorenzo's Sparkle And Shine Cleaning Service LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ! In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be the backbone of our field operations - ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Responsibilities: - Supervise and support cleaning crews across multiple job sites to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks before, during, and after cleaning services
- Train, mentor, and motivate field staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and management
- Address and resolve client concerns or on-site issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating restocking as needed
- Training and onboarding new employees+
- Coaching and supporting current team members
- Handling employee call-outs and helping coordinate coverage
- Checking staging and final presentation before jobs are completed
- Conducting client walkthroughs and gathering information for estimates
- Interviewing potential new team members
- Helping employees stay motivated, confident, and accountable
- Handling day-to-day questions and minor field issues
- Making sure our cleaning standards, checklists, photos, and procedures are being followed
- Communicating with clients when needed
- Stepping in and helping the team when necessary
Requirements: - Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, facilities management, or a related field
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and client relations
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Dependable, professional, and a positive team-oriented attitude
