We are seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to the property in good repair.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Items (Up to 50 lbs)
Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as moving furniture, equipment, or site materials safely and efficiently. - Basic Maintenance and Repair Skills
Experience with light plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general facility upkeep is preferred to keep sites clean and functional. - Strong Attention to Safety and Detail
Must follow safety protocols and identify maintenance needs before they become issues to keep the property secure and well maintained.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields desired
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
