As Medical Director, You Will

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the anesthesia department
• Mentor, support, and engage a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Champion quality initiatives, patient safety, and best practices
• Strengthen relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive, collegial, and high-performing team culture
• Help guide the continued growth and success of the anesthesiology program
• Balance meaningful leadership responsibilities with ongoing clinical practice
