Work Environment
This position offers a flexible work schedule designed to accommodate the needs of our clients. While our therapists primarily work remotely, we also maintain an outpatient office setting in El Paso for meetings and collaborative work. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive coordination of care for clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions aimed at promoting healing and personal growth.
- Manage crisis situations by conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans in conjunction with clients and their families.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational procedures to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

While we are seeking candidates with at least two years of experience, those with specialized training in trauma-focused therapy, family systems therapy, or a similar area will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
