Hospitalist Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nocturnist); 12-hour shifts; nights and weekends available; no call.
• Total census per provider per shift: 18-24 patients rounded daily
• Procedures required: ICU admissions, running codes, critical care management, initial ventilator management (first 24 hours), vasopressor titration, antiarrhythmic drips, Nicardipine drips, and central lines. Paracentesis and thoracentesis are preferred but not required.
• Support: subspecialty support available
• Certifications and license required: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; active Georgia medical license and Georgia Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)required; hospitalist experience required.
• Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
