Pediatrica of Southside

  • Full Time
  • Hours: Flexible scheduling options
  • Employed
  • New Graduates
  • Average Patients seen: 20-24
  • Call Schedule: Very limited phone-only calls; 4-6 weeks per year
  • Compensation: - Base Salary up to $220,000, based on experience- Bonuses up to 20% of base salary- Loan Repayment
  • Benefits: - Health Insurance: 100% of the premium is covered for the provider- Discounted prescription plans- Supplemental term life and AD&D insurance - Short- and long-term disability insurance- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO, plus all major holidays off- 401(k): Available with employer match- CME: 5 days of paid CME leave + $2,000 annual CME allowance- Paid malpractice and membership dues- Dental and Vision Insurance
