• $325K salary in year 1, $350K in year 2
• Partnership beginning year 3, average $450K
• $50K sign-on bonus and $50K starting bonus

Qualifications
• EM trained, BC/BE only
• No J-1 or H-1B visa candidates
Position Details
• Join a 24-physician private practice EM group with 30+ years serving the community
• 16 eight-hour shifts per month (currently 14 day shifts, 2 night shifts)
• Group has 4 nocturnists and employs NPs and PAs
• Works at both the Carrollton and Villa Rica EDs
• Carrollton ED: 40 beds, about 65,000 visits a year
• Villa Rica ED: 36 beds, about 45,000 visits a year
• Both EDs are Level II trauma facilities
• Democratic group, full partnership after year 2
