Job description

Start Date: Ongoing need with urgent coverage requested
Coverage Need: Approximately 2 weekends per month
Estimated Shifts: 6 shifts/month
Call Coverage: Weekend call coverage
Urgent Coverage Dates
Nov 26: Night Call (5:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Nov 27: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
Nov 28: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
Nov 29: 24-Hour Call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 8:00 AM
Two weekends per month
80-bed hospital
EMR: Cerner
30-minute response time
Requirements: Board Certified Interventional Cardiology, Active Illinois License, DEA, Illinois CSR, ACLS, Minimum 1 year experience
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
