This is an excellent opportunity for a General Dentist with 2-3+ years of experience to join an established practice in a new, modern facility with increased capacity, updated technology, and opportunities to expand their clinical skill set through advanced procedures.

The practice offers a production-based compensation model designed to reward productivity and clinical growth:

• 30% of adjusted collections up to $80,000 per month
• 35% on collections from $80,000-$100,000 per month
• 37% on collections from $100,000-$160,000 per month
• 40% on collections from $160,000-$200,000 per month
• Daily guarantee for the first 180 days
• $100,000 productivity bonus for exceeding $2.4 million in adjusted collections over a trailing 12-month period
