UCHealth Medical Group and Parkview Medical Center are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join our collaborative Hospital Medicine team at UCHealth'sParkview Medical Center in historic Pueblo, Colorado. This opportunity offers a predictable seven-on/seven-off schedule, competitive compensation, and the support of an experienced team invested in mentorship and physician success. With additional virtual health support and opportunities for extra shifts, you can build a rewarding hospital medicine career while maintaining a consistent schedule.
Practice at a Glance - $340,000 annual base compensation for this full-time position
- Up to $30,000 annual quality bonus
- Seven-on/seven-off schedule
- 182 twelve-hour shifts annually, with additional shifts available
- Primary coverage at Parkview Medical Center, a 370-bed hospital
- Occasional coverage at Parkview Pueblo West Hospital, a 29-bed hospital
- Collaborative Hospital Medicine team with mentorship and professional support
- Extensive virtual health team support for rapid response teams (RRTs)
- EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
Qualifications - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care
- Enthusiasm for collaborative practice and working as part of a team
