Practice Details
  • 3.5 clinic days per week
  • 0.5-1 full day of dedicated OR time weekly
  • Friday clinics conclude at noon
  • Typical patient volume of 25-35 patients per day
  • APPs see an additional 16-22 patients daily
  • Established high-volume practice with strong operational efficiency
  • Flexible practice structure allowing development of subspecialty interests

Support Structure
  • 1:1 dedicated Medical Assistant support
  • Two fully equipped exam rooms per physician
  • Four onsite Audiologists

  • Three endocrinology specialists available for collaboration

Call Schedule
  • One week per month of hospital call
  • One to two weeks per month of practice call

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $515,000-$520,000
  • Production-based incentive model
  • 25% of production compensation structure
