Join a well-established, growing dermatology practice with a supportive, close-knit culture across the Lehigh Valley and Poconos region! We're seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist ready to step into a practice with a full, built-in patient base and significant staff support.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care
- See an average patient load of approximately 30 patients per day
- Supervise and collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers and support staff
- Deliver a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology services
- Benefit from steady patient flow and strong administrative support
What You'll Bring:
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Dermatology
- Comfort supervising mid-level providers (5 NPs) and clinical support staff
- MOHS surgery training welcomed, though not required
- Strong leadership and collaborative mindset within a close team culture
