The Role:
- Location: Medford, OR
- Assignment duration: 1/1/2027 - Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Inpatient
- Shift Type: 24-Hour Beeper Call; Shift Times: 7am-7am
- Schedule: M-F + Weekend Call
- Provider Min # Shifts Required: Minimum of 3 24-hour call shifts; 1 week per month
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 0
- OT: Not expected.
- Cases: Patient encounters per shift: 3
- License: Active OR license required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
