What You ll Do
- Provide inpatient Interventional Radiology coverage for adult patients.
- Perform general Interventional Radiology procedures.
- Perform cerebral embolectomy procedures; aneurysm management is not included.
- Provide moderate sedation as appropriate for procedures.
- Participate in overnight beeper call coverage for after-hours procedures.
- Document patient care and procedures in Epic.
- Collaborate with the hospital team in a Level 1 trauma and thrombectomy-capable stroke center.
What You Need
Required - Interventional Radiology physician qualifications.
- Ability to provide general Interventional Radiology services.
- Ability to perform cerebral embolectomy procedures.
- Ability to provide moderate sedation.
- Ability to participate in weekday hospital coverage and overnight beeper call.
- Experience documenting in Epic or a comparable electronic medical record.
Preferred - Availability for a minimum of two weeks per month.
