Established regional healthcare provider is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join their busy team in Salem, OR.
- Full-time, permanent
- Outpatient practice
- 4.5-day work week; option to go to a 4-day work week once partner
- No hospital work
- Minimal call responsibility; 2-3 days of after-hours phone calls monthly
- EPIC EMR, inhouse support staff
- Primary care physicians have the support of a 24/7 Hospitalist program
- Internal medicine physicians can expect to see 20-24 patients a day
- Excellent benefit package for physician and family
- $275K base salary
- First year base guarantee with partnership opportunity after one year
- Once partner, income potential is unlimited
