  • All patients treated with IMRT/IGRT no SBRT needed
  • EMR: ARIA
  • Weekly OTV visits with daily film review and approval required
  • Consults and treatment planning if coverage extends beyond one week
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
