Position Highlights :
- Join a Joint Commissioncertified advanced heart failure program - a primary regional referral destination for cardiomyopathy, refractory shock, and mechanical circulatory support.
- A true advanced HF practice: complex inpatient and outpatient care spanning cardiomyopathy, LVAD, and MCS.
- Transplant-adjacent model : manage full transplant evaluations and post-discharge longitudinal care locally, without carrying a transplant call burden.
- Light inpatient coverage, only approximately 1 week every 67 weeks - with exceptional overall quality-of-life built into the schedule by design.
- Formal collaboration with nationally recognized transplant centers , with optional annual attending rotations for those who want continued transplant exposure.

Qualifications :
- MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology , or equivalent clinical experience managing complex HF, advanced hemodynamics, and MCS.
- Collegial, consultative approach - and a genuine interest in long-term practice in the New York area.
