The Chef de Partie will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and execution of an assigned kitchen station, such as Garde Manger, Hot Appetizer, or Sauté. This position requires consistent, high-level performance during service and complete ownership of the station's preparation, dish execution, sanitation, breakdown, and cleanup.

The Chef de Partie is expected to develop and maintain accurate prep lists, complete assigned preparation tasks, and help delegate appropriate work to commis cooks. Maintaining proper pars, communicating product needs, and ensuring that all components are prepared correctly and on time are essential responsibilities of the position.
