PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active New Hampshire (NH) license required
  • Board: Board Certification Required
  • DEA: Required
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Neurology
  • Other Qualifications: Name Clear and NPI required; willing to license
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate and treat patients with neurological conditions including migraines, stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, and restless leg syndrome.
  • Manage outpatient clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Collaborate with 3 APPs and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC EMR.
  • Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements.
