Job description

  • Work Dates Needed: Aug- Ongoing
  • Preferred Schedule: varies
    • 6a-3p; 8a-5p; 9a-5p; 12p-8p; 2p-11p; 4p-12p 4p-1a; 10p-6a
    • 50-75hrs of coverage needed per month
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient
  • Scope of Work:
    • Annual Volume 54,000k
    • 25% of total volume are admitted / 13,500 admit annually
    • 7% PEDs
    • 46beds
    • Admissions requested by ED provider, fall to receiving unit after patient leaves ED
    • 2-6 providers on at a time depending on time of day
    • APP coverage 7a-7p; 7p-7a
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license preferred, IMLC accepted, DEA, ABEM preferred, FM/IM accepted with ACLS, PALS, ATLS, min 2 years of ED experience, ABPS not accepted
  • EMR: Sunrise
