Outpatient Pediatrics
No Weekends, No Rounding
Position Highlights :
- Work-Life Balance: 8am - 5pm with no weekends, no newborn nursery and no inpatient responsibilities

- Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call with nurse triage line answering first and routing only when needed
- Culture & Support: A collaborative team of pediatricians and midlevels with 1:1 MA support
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive Compensation: $270,000 starting base, with room to grow
- Additional Bonus Incentives: wRVU incentives on top of base
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Eligible for PSLF and NHSC loan repayment

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensure: Indiana License (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Skillset: Passion for general pediatrics, from newborns to adolescents
- Experience: All levels welcome, from new graduates to experienced physicians
