A well-established Community Mental Health Center serving Northwest Indiana, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join their dynamic outpatient team. They offer comprehensive care across the lifespan and are committed to improving the health and well-being of the community.
Position Highlights: Outpatient-only psychiatry no inpatient or consult-liaison responsibilities
Manage initial psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and treatment planning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, case managers, and nurse practitioners
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Optional on-call rotation with clinical team
Support from experienced clinical and administrative staff
