Responsibilities

Conduct custodial duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate personnel.
Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial tasks as needed for different facility types.
Keep detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices.
Experience with facilities maintenance or residential painting is a plus but not required.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
