Location: Central IN
Facility: Hospital; Clinic
Practice Setting: Outpatient; Hospital; Clinic
Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours plus call (Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm); EMR- Cerner
Practice Details: Patient mix 70% oncology / 30 % hematology. Average 15-18 patients per day, rounding assigned patients, hospital is stroke certified, and no admissions required. Level 3 trauma designation. Supervision of APP s.
Certifications/License(s): BC/BE, active IN license., and BLS. Fellowship required.
