Clinical RoleRecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a per diem locums opportunity in Carmichael, California. This is a low-volume inpatient weekend coverage role with no clinic responsibilities and is best suited for a local candidate.
Assignment Details
Start: As soon as credentialed
Expected credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Duration: 1 year
Coverage: 1-2 weekends per month
Shift: Friday at 5:00 PM - Monday at 8:00 AM

Inpatient only
No clinic
Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Provide weekend Interventional Cardiology coverage
Manage inpatient cardiac patients
Respond to Interventional Cardiology needs as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with hospital-based support staff
Complete timely clinical documentation
Practice Environment
Low-volume inpatient setting
Hospital support staff available
EMR: Cerner
Local candidates preferred
Requirements
Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology required
Active California medical license required
Fluoroscopy certification required
Clean malpractice history highly preferred
