Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Openings: 1

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting:

  • Outpatient and Call coverage
  • Practice includes 2 Physicians and 2 APPs

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
  • 1:4 rotating call coverage
  • Average 22 PPD

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing: 60-90 days

Requirements:

  • Active Washington licensure
  • Board certification
  • AHA BLS certifications
  • Minimum 1-year Urology experience or equivalent
