- Location: San Antonio, Texas
- Start Date: Beginning ASAC
- Duration: 6 months with the option to extend
- Schedule: 5x8's, Monday-Friday. Full-time highly preferred, but need to offer 2 weeks per month minimum.
- Setting: Inpatient, OR/Surgery Dept.
- Credentialing: 90 days
- EMR System: EPIC. Provider will be required to attend EPIC training or test out.
- Model: Provider will be doing own cases
- Case Types: Ortho, ENT, general, dental, radiology, GI, neuro spine and head. PEDS + Neonates MUST MEET CASE LOG REQUIREMENTS. For Neonate (less than 60 weeks old) credentials. 15 cases are needed. Average # of patients per day is 30-30.Compensation & Benefits
