Lab Operations Manager Phoenix, AZ Area

KA Recruiting is working with a dermatopathology laboratory in the Phoenix area looking for an experienced Lab Operations Manager.

This is a great position for someone with a histology background who is ready to take the next step in laboratory leadership.

Position highlights:

  • Base salary: $115,000 $140,000

  • Sign-on bonus available

  • Relocation assistance available

  • Permanent leadership position

Requirements:

  • HT or HTL ASCP certification required

  • Strong histology and laboratory operations background

  • Experience managing laboratory workflows and supporting staff
