KA Recruiting is working with a healthcare organization in South Florida looking for a Lead Histotechnologist.

This is a great position for an experienced histotech who enjoys hands-on laboratory work and is interested in taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

Position highlights:

• $20,000 sign-on bonus

• Full-time, permanent position

• Day shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Lead-level histology role

Requirements:

• At least one year of lead experience

• Florida Supervisor License
• FL Histology License

• Strong histology laboratory skills

• Ability to support laboratory workflows and team operations
